This site is operated by Sandra Atelo Muniafu, trading as Sandra Muniafu, Operations Strategist & Online Business Manager, based in Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains what information is collected through this site, how it's used, and how to reach me about it.
What information is collected

Self-assessment form: responses you submit - business details, team size, operational challenges - collected via Google Forms.
Discovery call bookings: name, email, and any notes you provide when scheduling, collected via Google Calendar's appointment scheduling.
Contact form: your name, phone number, email, and message, collected via HubSpot CRM when you submit the Connect > Contact form.
Direct email: any information you send directly to privacy@atxsam.com.
Basic site analytics: standard visit data (pages viewed, general location, device type) collected automatically through Google Sites, and through Google Analytics where installed.
No payment or financial information is collected through this site. Payment terms are handled separately, under signed client agreements.

To improve the site and self-assessment based on general usage patterns.
Contact form submissions are processed on the basis of legitimate interest - responding to a question you've directly asked. If you'd like this handled differently, contact privacy@atxsam.com.
Information is never sold or rented to third parties. It is not used for advertising.

Form responses, calendar bookings, and site data are processed and stored through Google Workspace (Google Forms, Google Calendar, Google Sites). Google's own privacy practices govern how they handle data on their infrastructure, see Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Contact form submissions are additionally stored in HubSpot's CRM, where I act as the data controller and HubSpot acts as a data processor under HubSpot's Data Processing Agreement. Where HubSpot's infrastructure is located outside your country, including the United States, HubSpot applies standard contractual safeguards for the transfer.
How long information is kept
How long information is kept
Discovery call and self-assessment information is retained for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights, below).

Your rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete the information held about you by emailing privacy@atxsam.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe, and deletion is actioned across every system where your data is stored, including Google Workspace and HubSpot.
If you are located in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with its own data protection framework, you may have additional rights under that law - reach out and I'll address the request accordingly.

I do not currently send marketing emails. If this changes, I'll only add you to a marketing list with your explicit, separate consent - checking a box on a form is not the same as submitting an inquiry, and one will never be assumed from the other. You'll be able to unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing privacy@atxsam.com.

This site uses cookies through the Google Sites platform for standard site functionality, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site, it collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time spent, and general location. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
The Contact form also uses HubSpot, which places a cookie (hubspotutk) to recognise returning visitors and connect form submissions to your visitor history. This cookie supports CRM and follow-up functions, not advertising.
No advertising cookies are used on this site.
