About this site

This site provides general information about the operations consulting services offered by Sandra Atelo Muniafu, trading as Sandra Muniafu. It includes a self-assessment tool, a discovery call booking feature, and a contact form. Inquiries and self-assessment responses may be managed using third-party tools, including Google Workspace and HubSpot. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding service agreement; actual engagements are governed by a separately signed consulting agreement specific to the package (Gateway Sprint, Core Transformation, or Scaled Growth Retainer).

Intellectual property

All frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary tools referenced or described on this site - including the Authority Engine, the Signature Operating System methodology, the Bankruptcy vs. Burndown Scale, and the Evolution Index, are the intellectual property of Sandra Muniafu. Clients engaged under a signed agreement receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use resulting deliverables for their own internal business purposes. No content on this site may be copied, reproduced, or used to build a competing framework or service without written permission.
